In preparing for WOW!, there are two things to you need to know:

1. a WOW! PROJECT starts with YOU!, and
2. a WOW! PROJECT WOWS!

By developing a WOW! Project, you help to create a WOW! "Memorial Experience". Whether it's re-designing a form, a process or establishing a new product line or service, the outcome, no matter how big or small, will better serve our patients, families, physicians and staff. It's our belief that by utilizing WOW! Project principles in every project this will help differentiate ourselves from the "commoditization trap" and continue to add value to services we provide, thus, further enhancing and creating the "Memorial Experience".

The tools above will help you with your journey to WOW! Project development. Also, you can go on the Ninth-house network and complete the Innovation WOW! Projects module. Call extension 3435 to sign up for the Ninth-house e-learning network. However, if you are interested in making a difference, you are encouraged to attend WOW! Wizard School. This one-day session is offered three days a month and is held at the Innovation Café'. The instructors are like no instructor you've ever had - two Guru's and a Headmaster will lead you in your journey to WOW! The schedule is listed below and you can call _______ to register.
